# USB not detecting in WP7608 module

In WP7608 4g modem, USB not giving COM ports, the pins of WP7608 are not having the same voltage levels as per the datasheet. USB side components wise it is ok. What could be the problem, which pin voltage level should i consider.

do you see any boot up message in UART2?
