Greetings, I am writing this post as I have an XR60 modem that I have setup to allow me to connect to the Airlink OS UI remotely, but I cannot get ping responses back for when I ping the cellular WAN ip address that I am using to access the UI. I tried making a ping firewall rule to see if that would help, but no luck there. I would be happy for any information or tips on how to go about being able to receive ping responses back from the cellular wan ip address. Thank you! ---

Hi @mcardoza, Welcome to our community! Please make sure that your SIM has a public unrestricted IP address. You can insert it into another device and check if you can ping it. Once the public IP works fine, create a firewall rule as follows: Go to Networking \> Firewall \> Firewall Rules. Thanks so much for your suggestion, I had not even thought of including HTTPS. Unfortunately though, this is still not allowing me successful ping responses from our cellular WAN IP address that was assigned to the modem. I will keep digging in the meantime. Thanks so much once again. If I find the solution I will repost it back here.
