Hello,

I am using the toggle\_vr command to send voice commands to paired android device. As soon as the SCO\_OPEN 13 event is seen, an audible tone or noise is heard from the speaker. The noise stops on the SCO\_CLOSE 13 event. Voice commands still work and are seen by the phone, however, I can’t figure out where this sound is coming from or how to get rid of it. Having a mic attached has no effect and the noise is generated either way. I am also able to stream audio from a paired device without this tone/noise.

Can anyone help me understand what this is, what is causing it and how to get rid of it.

This appears to be a Samsung/Google issue.

Uninstalling Google app updates gets rid of the tone.
