Hello,

This is a known issue and has since been reported to our engineers for analysis. They are aware of the situation. Until a fix is released, we recommend using this as a workaround when attempting to download a template via HTTPS:

[IPADDRESS:9443/admin/SWIApplyTemplate.xml](https://IPADDRESS:9443/admin/SWIApplyTemplate.xml)

Just replace “IPADDRESS” with your local or remote IP and it should prompt you for the download window.

Regards,
Nick
