Hello, I am having difficulties connecting to the Ace manager on my RV50. When I enter the default access IP address it says it refuses to connect. I have internet access and the sim card is working fine but i am unable to access the ace manager to set up my ports/ update firmware and such. It is an existing one, I obtained one from ebay as I was in a hurry to grab one. But unfortunately I have tried all the ace manager IP to try to connect to the device with no luck. I even updated the device via the recovery mode (which is the only way I can bring up AceManager on the device) and it still gives me that message that it refuses to connect. Is there something that might be wrong with the unit itself? ---
