# RESET of the Module when doing GPRS data transmission

Hi,

I have a problem during the data transmission using GPRS mode. Module is able to send lots of data, but after sometimes module itself get reset. Infact this is not consistent, as we rarely able to reproduce the problem. Please suggest me, what are the possibilities that module get reset.

Hi Gousems,

I have the same problem here, everything works fine until the TCP socket is opened and then the modem (Q2686) resets. Did you find out what the problem was?
