Looks like the 200 ms delay for control message during initialization fixed the initialization issue and 100 ms worked for run time. We are testing some stress test for long number of days.
What is the default factory data mode for EM7565 ? Is it Raw IP mode? Can it support Ethernet as well?

I did not change anything setting and I compiled the driver in RAW IP mode and it works for me.

Can you please provide your comments on the reason for the no kernel crash seen with control message delay of 100 ms and there is a crash seen with 200 ms delay. The crash seems to be random and sometime it comes in a day or sometimes after 1 week. Is this can affect the thread timing and expose a race condition?
i have no idea on this.
But by default of the driver, it already uses 100ms, so better follow the default driver.
