Hi everybody. I’m porting my GPS/GPRS embedded app. from q2501 to q2686 and just starting to use WIP. OpenAT and WIP versions: at+wopen=2 +WOPEN: 2,“AT v04.20”,“AT v04.20” OK at+wipcfg=3 WIP Soft v311 on Open AT OS v421 Nov 29 2007 16:33:53 WIPlib:v3a05 WIPSoft:v3a02 When I connect to GPRS of a GSM provider that has no GPRS authentication(APN:“internet.nw”, user:"",password:"") everything works. Problem starts when I try to connect to GPRS of a GSM provider that has GPRS authentication(APN:“[internet.mts.ru](http://internet.mts.ru)”, user:“mts”,password:“mts”). Here is the log: -f\_gprsStart- wip\_bearerSetOpts() OK -f\_gprsStart- wip\_bearerGetOpts():GPRS -f\_gprsStart- wip\_bearerGetOpts():internet.mts.ru -f\_gprsStart- wip\_bearerGetOpts():mts -f\_gprsStart- wip\_bearerGetOpts():mts -f\_gprsStart- wip\_bearerStart() OK 13 -f\_gprsHndlr- -f\_GPRShndlr- 25 , Cid 1 -f\_GPRShndlr- ADL\_GPRS\_EVENT\_SETUP\_OK 13 -f\_gprsHndlr- -f\_GPRShndlr- 23 , Cid 1 -f\_GPRShndlr- ADL\_GPRS\_EVENT\_ACTIVATE\_KO ERROR: -f\_GPRShndlr- ADL\_GPRS\_EVENT\_ACTIVATE\_KO the activation requested by the external application failed -f\_gprsWipBearerHndlr- WIP\_BEV\_CONN\_FAILED The problem can be reprodused using WIP AT commands: at+wipcfg=1 OK at+wipbr=1,6 OK at+wipbr=2,6,11,“[internet.mts.ru](http://internet.mts.ru)” OK at+wipbr=2,6,0,“mts” OK at+wipbr=2,6,1,“mts” OK at+wipbr=2,6,12,1 OK at+wipbr=4,6,0 +CME ERROR: 812 +CME ERROR: 812 means:“bearer connection failure: GPRS network failure” Please help. ---

The problem was resolved by the new version of firmware(663c00\_full\_q2686h.dwl ) acquired from a distributor. ---

I have exactly the same problem could you tell me wher i can get this releas from as i cannot find it on the wavecom web site
