# MC7710 won't work with Windows 10

Hello,

Device: Fujitsu Lifebook E752

According to Fujitsu’s site this laptop should have MC7710 but if I go to cellular mobile settings it says that it has MC8355. I have tried to install many different drivers with no luck. In the lower right corner of the screen is newworks button if I press it and click mobile network it says it’s prparing but after that it just turn back to disabled/turned off. IfI run Window’s diagnosis it says that there is a problem with PIN2 but this sim works just well with different device. What could be the problem?
