Hello together, we have issues with the latest firmwares of the modem MC7455. We try to update them with the provided updater SWI9X30C\_02.33.03.00\_00\_GENERIC\_002.072.000 for windows. This is not working anymore for unkown reasons. We also have set the modem to boot hold before starting the firmware update, see the image attached for the result. ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/sierrawireless/original/2X/2/2f6044016686bcb4f8193491b3f749fa3ad27455.png) On the modem the firmware SWI9X30C\_02.08.02.00 2016/01/06 is installed. Hello, there was an issue with the windows driver updates, after solving this issue the firmware update worked properly. Best Regards, AM
