hello i have lx60 |Version|2.0 |Model|LX60| |RM|WP7607| |S/N|WV83850022021002 try to login but pasword fails what can i do ??anybody same problem?? 😂 ---

Hi in6, You can try it with the default password listed on the label under the gateway. If you still cannot log in. Please put your LX60 into recovery mode, the password is reset to match the default password listed on the label under the gateway. [To enter Recovery mode.docx](https://forum.sierrawireless.com/uploads/short-url/dkiywqWUR3aAgAj0oS3Udi0GWhT.docx) (256.9 KB) Another way to reset the password gateway is through Airvantage ([https://eu.airvantage.net/](https://eu.airvantage.net/)). hey donald, thnx for your supply i stopped because i get crazy 2day try to give it a shot but still nothing, when i try to update the device it,s hanging in progress for 2 hours after rebbooting nothing happened i can,y acces the device neither with the default password also not with 12345 is there another option grtz rene
