Can anyone tell me the difference between a Raven X H4255-WD and Raven X H4225-CA (or CD)? are they interchangeable?

A Raven X H4225-HD is designed for international customers outside of the US and Canada.
A Raven X H4225-CA is designed for AT&T customers. It is powered through AC.
A Raven X H4225-CD is designed for AT&T customers. It is powered through DC.
