I lost GUI access while configuring a new Sierra XR60. The modem responds to ping, but I cannot access it via HTTPS. I get the error message “ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.”
I performed a hard reset, but I’m still experiencing the same issue.
I’m really stuck and need help troubleshooting this.

Could you please let me know if you are connecting XR60 to the PC via USB or Ethernet?
If possible, could you please try connecting it via USB with the driver installed and see if the issue still occurs?

The XR60 is currently connected to the PC via an Ethernet cable. The modem is reachable by ping, but I cannot access the web interface via HTTPS. I get an “ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED” error when trying to connect to the modem.
I also tried connecting the XR60 via USB, but the USB connection is not working.
Could you please advise on how to troubleshoot this issue?
