# How to configure a FXT009 to establish a GPRS connection

Hi

I am using a FXT009 Sierra Wireless Modem to control a Load Break Switch.

I want to know which AT commands i can used to establish a GPRS connection.

I also wish to how i can configure to connect to a private APN?

Hi

I read the manul.

There are many commands over there.

I just wanted the specific commands so that i can configure my modem to transmit data commands to control a remote device.

Anyone please help???

But that is specifically what you find in the section 2.12. Full AT GPRS Commands Examples in the Examples Appendix…

But remember that a GPRS connection is an IP connection - so, once you have extablished the connection, you will need something IP-capable to send & receive the IP packets over it …
