how can i download the “remote task monitor”?

It is part of the SDK.

When you build a project in “Remote” mode, the “Remote Tasks Monitor” is the GUI front-end of the remote part of your application.

but how to build a project in “remote” mode ? and how to set?
i use microsoft visual C++ 6.0
