Hi, I have trouble making call waiting. When phone A is connected to phone B and phone C calls phone A. A receives the waiting call and C disconnects, A cannot hear from B anymore. But B still heard side A speak. Hi vudinhnam, Which firmware version are you using? If you are not in the latest firmware, please download the latest one (5.5.25.0) and retry. Hi @vudinhnam It is known issue. Sierra is aware of this issue. It will be resolved in a future release of the HL8548 firmware. Please help to tick “Solution” if your question is answered. ---
