# HL7800 TCPRCV ERROR and then no response to commands

The module gets unresponsive to any commands only after if some data received from the server. otherwise modules response is fine

one more thing i need to add to above messages is these modules were all working fine for months in the field, and suddenly it started with this issue.

probably you need to contact distributor to have failure analysis
