Hi @Rique

Please send to me the response of ATI3 command.
Are you still having this issue when you disable sleep mode(AT+KSLEEP=2)?

The ati3 command produces this output:
BHL7800.1.7.7.2.20181009

Disabling sleep as you asked doesn’t fix the issue.

Hi @Rique

The firmware version in your HL7800 module is very old.

Please download the latest one and retry. You can get it here [HL78xx (HL7800/HL7800-M/HL7802) Firmware](https://source.sierrawireless.com/resources/airprime/software/hl7800-firmware/hl78xx-firmware/#sthash.Sq7iQxqi.dpbs)

Help to tick “Solution” if your question is answered.

That is very strange. I complete the upgrade of the module to this revision level as soon as we put it on the bench to test. Obviously it didn’t take. I ugraded the software and the problem is resolved. Thanks for pointing it out.
