# Hello world stopped working.

Hi,

I have run the hello world on fastrack supreme and it worked fine (Ecllipse + RTE).

But than when tried to run the tcp\_server example I had some errors that where solved after I downloaded the latest version.

Now I have tried to rerun the hello world (I created new hello\_world example with the new version)  
It compiled ok but when I run it I get some initialization text but no the hello world.

I have tried running on target mode but it didn’t help.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

Answering myself…

The hardware and software version did not match.  
We eventually succeeded upgrading the firmware (Thanks to some forum’s threads).

The tracing however still does not work  
show the “Unable to find string …”
