# Hardware reset for WP76xx

Hi,  
I want to reset the WP76xx chip, the document states that we have to pull down both POWER\_ON\_N and RESET\_IN\_N together to reset.  
When does POWER\_ON\_N need to be pulled down? Can it be done before RESET\_IN\_N is pulled down, at the same time as RESET\_IN\_N or after?  
Since the document isn’t clear on when POWER\_ON\_N should be pulled down

Have you tried to put POWER\_ON\_N to low level throughout your test?
