FX-30 vs FX-30S Certifications

The FX-30 LTE-M Global and FX-30S LTE-M Global seem to have identical bands & planned certifications on the datasheet from the website. Does that mean that they share certifications? For example, if the FX-30 is FCC certified, is the FX-30S included then in that same request or does the process & the money spent on certifications have to be done twice?

Hi,
The FX30 and FX30S share the same internal HW. The main difference is the additional of a DB9 RS232 serial UART interface to the FX30S. These 2 devices leverage/share the same certification. In fact both products use the same FCC ID N7NWP8
