I want to be able to get the best signal quality for unmanned units with the FXT003 modems. To do this I want to reduce the amount of noise interference for the 3G data connection stability.
So I can use
AT+CSQ
to find the signal strength, which is the RF signal.
But what about the ECIO ?
AT+CCED=0,129
AT+CCED=0,3
AT+USET
aren’t giving anything useful
Is AT+ECIO meant to work with this modem? because it returns an ERROR in Hyper Terminal
Is there some sort of service mode number I can send to the modem? like *#0011# for my Samsung Galaxy S2…
Any pointers on how to get he ECIO value from this modem would be great!
