Hi.  
Some time ago I started to use Fastrack Supreme WM20452 modem. I would like to get more information about firmware uprgrading procedure, but in manual there is only refer to another document called “WM\_SW\_GEN\_UGD\_001”.  
Does anybody have this file and can share with me?  
Any help will be appreciated.

This model might be off-market, hence support for this device is no longer available.  
You may try some things here [https://source.sierrawireless.com/open\_at/#sthash.5nzi0sjs.dpbs](https://source.sierrawireless.com/open_at/#sthash.5nzi0sjs.dpbs),  
which is similar to WM20452 and running OpenAT.
