The Tools Manual for Open AT® IDE v1.06, dated April 2008, still refers only to Ethereal.
Ethereal was superseded by Wireshark nearly two years before that:

Is there any specific reason or requirement to stick with Ethereal for Open-AT use?
The Ethereal site now appears to be dead.
