I have an ES450 with traffic that needs to be NAT’ed for transport over the cellular connection. Is there a way I can check the NAT translations that are occurring? Also, is there a way to view ARP requests and replies via the gateway?
Lastly, if NAT is on, but Host Routing is also turned on, does that create a conflict?
Obviously you’re unable to control any of the carrier’s NAT, what you send out the modem could be translated on the cellular network. Have you checked the Port Forwarding feature in the modem? This is used for incoming connections, and might be useful to redirect traffic to a different internal ip and port number.
