We experienced extremely large runs on our data plans with the ES450. We quickly suspended effected devices after a 300% run on our data plan overnight. Since then we have received the technical bulletin for the firmware upgrade 4.9.2. On 4/11 we started upgrading all deployed ES 450 devices as described in the technical bulletins. Starting the next day devices once again started eating data. we have devices that use 50MB a month MAXIMUM and these devices are now using as much as 14GB over the weekend. Please help us resolve this issue as it is critically inhibiting our ability to operate.
