# EM7455 I2S and voice call support

Does the latest airprime EM7455 firmware support voice calls?  
Is the I2S interface required to take advantage of voice call capabilities (if they exist or will exist in the future)?

At this point in time it is probably not too likely that MC74xx/EM74xx will support voice calls in the future.

Can you then tell anything about the I2S interface? What is its purpose?
