# Easier access to drivers and firmware

This relates to [source.sierrawireless.com](http://source.sierrawireless.com), which offers driver and firmware downloads. Currently (and for the past several years) customers have to register to get access to drivers and firmware. Maybe simplify the process by making the drivers and firmware available without log-in? Implement a reCAPTCHA prompt if you’re worried about scrapers and other bots; it would make life easier for customers who just want to grab the latest drivers without going through the hassle of providing all their details and an e-mail address.

you have to register to access source. This will provide us actual count of users who are using our products.
