Dead Module

Hi,

I have a Fastrack Supeme 10 module but it’s responding to very few AT commands.

If I try AT+CGMR to get the software version I get ERROR!

Is there a way to ‘factory restore’ a module? I have a copy of DWLWin however I’m not 100% sure how to use it to load in the software?

Any help gratefully received.

In that case, your best option would be to speak nicely to your Distributor and have them repair or replace it.
