# COM PORT TIME OUT ERROR

I’ve made an upgrade and now I can’t connect with the target.  
I use Development Kit q26 with AirPrime q27, firmware 7.46.  
I can connect with hyperterminal, but with DS the error is:

Open and load port COM4 =\> ERROR: Time out: 20000ms  
Open and load physical port COM4 =\> ERROR: Time out: 20000ms  
Open port COM4 =\> ERROR: Time out: 20000ms

I’ve already reinstalled DS at least three times( Delete Sierra Wireless directory and create new one)  
My PC is WinXp SP3, firewall disabled.  
The port settings is 115200, 8, N,1,hardware , I set IPR=0 with hyperterminal.  
Any suggestion will be apreciate.
