Cannot activate Data sim on rv50 sierra

dear all,

I want to use the RV50 sierra for a VPN setup with a data enabled sim.
I’m trying to activate my data sim on the rv50 but the data is no being enabled.

please help/suggest

I have some suggestions for you:

  1. Can you please check that the RV50 is registered to the network or not? If it does not register the network, please make sure that the unlock SIM PIN code, APN, Band settings are correct.

  2. Please contact to the Telesur operator. They will help you to check and activate the data SIM.
