# Bc127 spdif output

I am having difficulty getting SPDIF output from a BC127-HD discovery board.  
I2S output works fine but no SPDIF output; which I expect to see on pin 3 of J4.  
The command sequence that I’ve been trying is:  
SET AUDIO\_DIGITAL=2 44100 0 9  
SET AUDIO 1  
ROUTE 0

I have tried both 6.1.5 and 7.2 firmware with the same result.

Does anybody have a sequence for enabling SPDIF output?

SPDIF is the only digital interface that cannot be switched to on the fly. To get the SPDIF working, one must save the configuration and reset the module, then the module will come up with SPDIF working.
