Is the BC118 over the air update still supported via the Blue Creations Melody Smart App? The latest versions of iOS and Android apps crash or hang when attempting to find firmware files. Thanks, Eric Anderson ---

Eric, Yes they should be what are the versions of everything you are using? There was an issue that the latest android version had not been post to the ply store a few months ago but that should be resolved by now. Regards Matt ---

Hi mlw, I’m with more than 500+ BC118 modules without work, and I checked and until now, more than 50 are in OTA mode (I never entered that, and the module is attached to a custom PCB and the final user cant communicate directly). The App does not work anymore, so what is the solution now? How can I exit OTA mode on the module, or update it? Turning off/on always go straight to OTA. Thanks!
