7354 modem frequent disconnections

We are using 7354 modem module in our Linux based system. We are having very frequent disconnections on one of the system. The ISP is Verizon. On investigating we found only difference between the two modem modules firmware Package ID. The one working fine has following firmware

The Source base at Sierra Wireless only has Cisco specific software firmware. Is it the reason for disconnection, I don’t know. Any comment or guidance will appreciated.
Where we can find the firmware on the first module.?
